When contacting our Support Services please ensure that you have your Customer Support number. This number will have been issued at the time of purchase or maintenance renewal and appears at the top of your Customer Support Certificate.

If you do not currently have a Login and Password for CRAIN please contact the Support department.
The Client Reporting and Issues Network is available on our Web site, using this facility customers can log issues for our Development Team. Customers can then view the status and progress of these issues, plus additional product information such as release dates, latest updates and general information about the Eclipse application.
