Obtaining Support for your Mekon Eclipse Application

When contacting our Support Services please ensure that you have your Customer Support number. This number will have been issued at the time of purchase or maintenance renewal and appears at the top of your Customer Support Certificate.

Support can be obtained via, email, telephone, fax or preferably on-line via CRAIN.

If you do not currently have a Login and Password for CRAIN please contact the Support department.

The Client Reporting and Issues Network is available on our Web site, using this facility customers can log issues for our Development Team. Customers can then view the status and progress of these issues, plus additional product information such as release dates, latest updates and general information about the Eclipse applications

Eclipse Create for 1000D updates

Update for FrameMaker 7.0 Patch

This update is for customers who have applied the latest FrameMaker 7.0 patch (version 7.0p576/p577).

Download the files and replace the existing "aemain.dll" and "1000d.dll" (usually found in C:\Program Files\Mekon\AECMA 1000D Application\common\FM7\).

Update v 1.9.1a

This update is for those customers who are experiencing problems using network dongles.

Download the version that you need and replace the existing "aemain.dll" file (usually found in C:\Program Files\Mekon\AECMA 1000D Application\common).

Eclipse Create for ATA iSpec2200 updates

Update v 4.1.0

This update includes:

• Can save a book as SGML with or without PIs.
  
• Running headers and footers are created on every page.
  
• Fixes issues whereby the LEP creation crashed in large documents, and fixes the FrameMaker +SGML crash when the user paged down beyond the last page of a newly built LEP.
  
• New templates for CMMs, ACMMs, SBs.
  
• Improves handling of export/import of internal refs and G-Refs. Now covers cross references between different documents in the same book.
  
• Image_Area doesn't appear on an Image anymore.
