For best results you will need to view this demo with a screen resolution no less than 1024 x 768 pixels Eclipse Create provides Adobe FrameMaker1 and Arbortext Epic2 authoring and printing environments for: 1000D Data Modules complying with Issue 1 Changes 6 to 9 and Issue 2, and ATA ispec2200 Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), Abbreviated Component Maintenance Manual (ACMM), illustrated Part catalogue (IPC) and Service Bulletin (SB). The editing environment provides a clear and concise interface which is straightforward and intuitive to use. The strength of Eclipse Create is in the ability to obtain printed page layouts3 for the various structured files which conform to the relevant specification layout instructions while providing convenient and clear editing environments. Various viewing options are provided for editing purposes allowing the user to switch on and off the structure element ‘tags’ and text symbols. |

The features provided include:
A significant feature of Eclipse Create is the ability to manage Change Markers in an intelligent way. The relevant markers are displayed in accordance with the issue status of the data module/file. This functionality is further enhanced by the automatic handling of page effectivity. In addition, Eclipse Create is designed to handle Applicability with a user option to display the information if required. The 1000D configuration enables individual data modules to be edited, viewed and printed including the Multi-Procedural type data modules. The ability to export data modules in accordance with IETP-X is also included. The printing of a complete publication is handled by the Eclipse BookBuild application plug-in. The ATA ispec2200 configuration has a Book Build function included which permits the printing of a complete publication including the automatic generation of all front matter. Page block page, figure and table numbering is included as standard. The handling of MTOSS codes is automated as far as is possible with a special dialogue window being displayed each time an appropriate element is added. Preferences can be set to allow Eclipse Create to be configurable for deliverables to different manufacturers. Eclipse Create can be installed either as an individual standalone application or with a floating network licence. |
